North Island New Zealand MCGI Locale of Papakura, New Zealand, hosted the very first (Kawan Ng Cordero) KNC Presentation in the country which successfully happened last July 21, 2018. Brethren from different parts of North Island New Zealand have gathered to support the first ever KNC Presentation. Regardless of the distance, our brethren from Auckland, Hamilton and Rotorua wholeheartedly supported this event not only to support the event itself but also to support their children on showing their God gifted talents. As it says in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." ![]() In his declamation, Nathan Angelo Gatchalian, 9, captivated the undivided attention and interest of the audience with his verbal expression and gestures. He vividly expressed the character he is portraying by articulately relaying the message of his speech to the brethren. ![]() Here's a photo of one of the KNC who performed during the KNC Presentation. James Earl Victor, 8, as he fearlessly performed his poetry named "God, I thank you", in front of the brethren. Ianne Genina Parado, 15, confidently preached the topic "The reason why man was not created only to eat, drink and die according to the Bible”. Brethren of New Zealand: "We would like to thank God for giving us this great opportunity, and with His help, this won't just be the first and last KNC Presentation here in North Island New Zealand but in God's will, there would be more in the upcoming future." Locale of Papakura, New Zealand Brethren from the Members Church of God International (MCGI) Papakura, New Zealand held their Sabbath Anniversary Celebration last July 29, 2018. This event is held once at the end of every month to celebrate the members’ baptism, and is done after the Thanksgiving of God’s People Celebration. Psalms 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. This is an event anticipated by all brethren. This month, it was celebrated through various activities such as singing, dancing, Bible verse recitation and some games or challenges. Along with the Sabbath Celebration, the brethren held a Buffet which is often called as “Buffet Sunday” where brethren volunteer to bring their own homemade food to help support the Buffet Sunday activity.
